Like many skiers, Jeb grew up skiing at a tiny hillside ski area located in western Pennsylvania. The camaraderie, lifelong friendships and desire to continually push the envelope ignited his passion for skiing, ski teaching and ski coaching. From there, he took his degree in business administration and his new Level 3 Certification to New England to work full time in the ski industry. After 18 years at Loon Mountain and Booth Creek Resorts, he made the leap to start his own company — Arc2Arc, Inc. where he puts his degree and years of diversified experience to good use with his unique new dual focused business. When not consulting with other resorts, he is busy developing the Arc2Arc Alpine Training Center that is a comprehensive and innovative ski & snowboard coaching service. Jeb currently lives in Thornton, New Hampshire in the heart of the beautiful White Mountains with his wife Holly and son Tucker.
