Duofold® GIVEAWAY RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR OBLIGATION REQUIRED. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. User must agree to these rules by checking the "I agree to the giveaway rules" to proceed.

1.ELIGIBILITY:

Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry. Persons who are immediate family members (parents, children, siblings) of, or live in the same household as, employees or directors, or are themselves employees or directors, of Duofold®, a company of Hanesbrands Inc, or their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Duofold®, Hanesbrands Inc, 1000 East Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 is the sponsor of the Promotion (the "Sponsor").

2.TIMING:

The Giveaway begins on the first day of each month at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Each month consists of a "Promotion Period." During each Promotion Period, potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. of the last day of each Promotion Period to be entered in that month's drawing.

3.TO ENTER:

No purchase or payment is required to enter. To enter, visit Sponsor's Web site at http://www.duofold.com/EnterToWin/ and fill out the official entry form completely pursuant to the instructions (estimated time to answer: approximately 1 minute). Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form and click the "SUBMIT" button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Entries by Internet must be received by the Sponsor by 11:59:59 p.m., on or before the last day of each Promotion Period. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address per Promotion Period. More than one (1) entry from an e-mail address in a single Promotional Period will void all entries from that address for that Promotional Period. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are not eligible. Non-winning entries for one Promotional Period will NOT be included in subsequent Promotional Periods. A separate entry must be made during each Promotional Period to be eligible for each of the drawings.

4.DRAWINGS:

Each potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. At the end of each Promotion Period, potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Internet entries under the supervision of the Sponsor's Web Site personnel, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Promotional Period. Potential winners will be notified by E-mail within fifteen (15) days or as soon as practical after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received for that Promotional Period. All prizes will be awarded.

5.PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize(s) per Promotion Period. During each Promotion Period one (1) potential winner(s) will receive a Men's or Women's base layer top and bottom of their choice. Sizes and color availability may vary. Sponsor may make substitutions if the requested style, color or size is not available or for any other reason. (Approximate Retail Value per potential winner should not exceed $44.00 per piece). (Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded per Promotion Period is based on styles selected, but should not exceed $88 for both top and bottom combined). Prizes will be awarded via mail 10 to 12 weeks from prize notification date. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person per e-mail address during the Promotion Period. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned and must be accepted as awarded. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian.

6.OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

By participating, you agree that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use your name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GIVEAWAY OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. The Giveaway is void in all jurisdictions where prohibited.

7.INTERNET VIEWING:

The Giveaway is intended for viewing only in the United States and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. If the Internet portion of this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor may modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any malfunction of any telephone service or computer system or equipment.

8.MISCELLANEOUS:

All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e- mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, and to select winners from among the eligible entries received during that Promotional Period prior to such event. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen or misdirected mail or e-mail.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9.WINNERS' LIST:

For a list of the prize winners, send a self-addressed envelope, for receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of the drawing to Hanesbrands Inc, 1000 East Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Attention: Duofold® Web Marketing. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Winners' List. A list of winners may also be posted by the Sponsor on its web site located at http://www.duofold.com/winners.aspx.
